Let's Welcome Joel Schut to the DYAO Family!

DYAO is excited to welcome Dr. Joel Schut from the faculty of CU-Boulder as our Conservatory Orchestra Conductor for the 2020-2021 Season. Dr. Schut is originally from Michigan and has been in Colorado for the past year.

Joel shares, “I am thrilled to join the DYAO family as conductor of the Conservatory Orchestra. I greatly look forward to meeting our talented student members and kicking off a great season of music-making! As a violinist, educator, and conductor, I am hooked for life on the transformative possibilities of a Symphony Orchestra experience. I look forward to exploring and sharing great repertoire that inspires together!”
